PayPal Problem

Hello, i just created a new PayPal account and linked my visa card to it. However i can't receive money at all from anyone. Dose it take a few days or something or what should i do ? also noticed that my visa card withdraw limit is set to -0.01 USD which was wired since its activated and all.

If you put in your banking info in PayPal or more financial info, they usually lift limits.

I don't have bank account but all people in my country uses this visa to withdraw money from paypal

You need to link your PayPal to a bank account. You cannot just receive money quickly. It needs few days to confirm your identity.

Might be due to Paypal clamping down on prepaid visa or VCC. Try with a mastercard see if it works.

No PayPal has had no issues with VCCs.

did you also confirm your card?

you should receive money instantly if someone sends you money even if you did not link a card.. contact the one sending money to you and verify if they entered the correct email address

You have to add a valid bank account and use credit and debit cards which is not a virtual card. This will increase your withdrawal limit. Also make sure that you have added your photo identity proof details like tax id etc if PayPal has asked you.

Thanks everyone for replying. First it's a physical visa card not virtual. second yes i did confirm the visa after receiving code. maybe it takes a few days

thats strange. i could receive money the day i opened my paypal.
try sending them an email
