Paypal problem

Hello , i am from egypt . in 2008 i made a paypal account and picked singapore as country , filled in the details and postal code of somewhere in there. i used the singaporean paypal account for many transactions in the past
. Now Paypal recently included Egypt as to send payments only not recieve. So in order to receive adworkmedia's payment i chose that paypal account .
I tired spending the money i received at my singaporean paypal account , it says it has logged in from several places and i have to go resolution center to do the following:
Change pass
Change secret words
Link a CC
Now the problem is to link a credit card which i cannot do since i dont even live in Singapore . So Does anybody know a way to get my money off there or get rid of this problem?

Stupid question, but have to tried contacting the support? Explain the problem and they should be able to help you out. I don't think you'll be able to solve this by yourself.

use it to verify

Ofcourse i would not contact paypal , i did not do a legal thing in the first place.

Now where do i buy a vcc?

And can i find someone from singapore .. probably here on BHW to have the pass and fix it for me somehow

just buy a vcc
there are many sellers
some are on bhw too
or u can google for some vcc selling site
buy a simple paypal vcc.. vcc with 2$ balance... and use it to verify paypal.. a vcc works with any address so it wont be problem
