Paypal problem (please help, will pay)

I have an account based on Malaysia, It's got limited today and asking

Confirm your credit card
Proof of Address

So any one can fix this ?

Not sure honestly I would call the non us line for paypal
 
Add your credit card you will be charged something like 1,5$
After few days you will receive 3 digits code on your transaction. you can check on your internet banking account or check it direct in the bank office. Add this code on your paypal acc and your credit card is confirmed.
For address proof you need to scan some recent document or invoice with your name and address on it. I use scan of my recent phone bill invoice.

If you acc is fake i mean not on your real name use VCC and use photoshop to make fake invoice to confirm your address ;)

I'm willing to pay who can provide fake bill to confirm the paypal address.
 
Find it using the search option. I remember I saw a service somewhere here who were ready to solve all the paypal issues. I will PM you if I will find them.
