i jsut wanted to open a new paypal premier but when i try to signup i get just personal and business.
also tried to signup from another link that should direct me to premier but also the same i get just personal and business.

its just me that i cant find ir what

huh... before few months i needed to open personal account, and i was only able to get a Premier one.. now the opposite...

why you need a link? once on their site, simply choose through the different account types..

well, unless that is changed already

Create a personal account and upgrade it to premier. Problem solved

nope i get just personal and business, tried about a month ago it was the same i couldnt signup for premier

It has to do with your country, not so difficult to understand. It's not like a technical issue that is refusing you premier account if it's working for everybody else. Just sign up for a personal account and once you start doing real business then upgrade.

im thinking , could i be able to upgrade my personal to premier because it wont let me create a premier on my country , then why allowing me to upgrade to premier.
