PayPal potentional problem

Hello people, I need your advice on this case if you ever faced this kind of problem. I run PayPal business account for about 2 years active, received and sent tons of money with it but today I received I need to update my identity, and since I have business one I need to upload "Business Documents" but of course I don't run any kind of business.

What should I do and is this dangerous for my account?

You must have reached the yearly payment limit or something like that to trigger their attention.

Why not call paypal representatives and ask them directly regarding this issue .

Usually they will ask you to open personal or premier account. And close this one

Btw, why your need to update your document OP? It is necessary..?

I don't think ignoring will do any good. They might limit the account with or without warning.

This issue by itself; it's not a big deal though. I also, think, this could lead to something good for you down the road.

Paypal is very strict in document verification, if you don't have an authentic document that was requested by PayPal, I will suggest do not change the status of your PayPal account and run it as it is.
