Paypal + Plimus + Payoneer

I bet some of you guys were using this method and it's a great way to get away with some undeclared money. But Plimus got screwed over and I'm wondering if this method still works. Or what would be the best solution to get some money into the country with minimum trace?

Webmoney (wmtransfer.com) > Plimus (or some offshore card).
 
interesting to hear some answer..
as i have seen that plimus is not allowing paypal payments is it just with me or same with others.
 
you still can't beat cash, you just have to find a trustworthy mule :)
 
Payoneer offers US Payment Service that you can withdraw directly from Pay Pal, but at least your have payoneer master card created through their partners like plimus, freelancer, elance, etc.

Among these 3, 2CheckOut is the better option. It even allows you to accept PayPal. And weekly payout. So It's really the best one.
