My Paypal is (USA)
i need someone who can verify the phone to get my account unlimited

Don't use USA Paypal it will asked you lots of info and the hard part is they asked you an ssn. Better use paypals from european or asian countries they only need vcc.

If you use paypal account (USA), it'll ask you lots of info to verify such as ssn, bank account.
I agreed with jheyslow because I'm using paypal account from asian and it's working perfect.

yeah , it's right .
it's hard to have usa paypal account, it requires so many things.
bank account, cc, business info,ssn..etc
