PayPal Phone Verification

I have a PayPal account that needs to have a phone number added to it so it can be verified. I have full access to adding a phone number and what not so that isn't an issue. I tried using "Hushed" iPhone app but my number is "registered under a different name", so it cannot be used.

Can anyone recommend me a place/person where I can get my PayPal SMS Verified?

so the reason why you aren't buying a pre paid phone for $5 and verifying it yourself is because?...

He probably ran into the "device not recognized issue" when trying to add a bank/send/withdraw and wants a phone that can pass that step.

Unfortunately no new phone you add now will work (unless it's a landline registered in the account holder's name - for stealth this is obviously impossible). This is why it's extremely important to have access to the phone used to create the account. A cheap $5 phone like toml3030 mentioned is more than enough to pass this verification as long as it's the original phone you used when signing up for the account.

I have a 6 year old US paypal account and attempted to change the bank account. I ran into the "device not recognized" issue. I didn't have any mobile numbers registered with paypal only a skype number which I still have. Paypal has been hounding me to add a mobile number for a while but I haven't because I didn't HAVE to.. I don't have any problem ringing paypal, because my account is legit, but I don't have a US mobile number capable of receiving "short code" paypal SMS's. I have no way of getting one other than buying the RIGHT sim and having it sent internationally where it should be able to be activated and roam back to the US from. Any suggestions?
