Paypal Phone Verification Troubles

Hi

Can anyone help me? This is the error message i get when i try sending money to someone

Tried virtual numbers/google voice and no show. Even tried a friends number in the u.s but nothing.
They say it has to be registered in my name.

Has anyone encountered this and scaled through?

It has to be the number you used when you made the account.
