PayPal permanently limited

few days ago i received "letter of happiness" from PayPal - You can't use PayPal anymore, so here is my thread with some explanations and questions, as i'm stuck right now and don't know what to do.

I working in online gaming niche, players can donate $10~100 and receive for them some in-game digital products (virtual). My PayPal was worked since ~April 2021. PayPal knew what i do and there was no problems (they asked me to describe what i do). There was refunds, disputes, in 90% i won, also there was no problems, since now. In the end of June i got 4 disputes from 1 player he played 2 weeks then open dispute with reason that he does not received anything he paid for, it's normal practice for me already. Well i answered and send proofs as always, but somewhy 2 disputes i won, 2 i loosed. Well on next day i received notification from PayPal to send again my ID. I made photo with Phone and send. Documents are mine, paypal are mine (not photoshoped or bought somewhere). Well ~2-5 minutes or something and my account limited permamently. I called, they said they don't have to explain why i got limitation, something like i violated with user agreement and there some suspicious activity in my account, but no specific reason. They said message them again and some employee revisit my issue but yesterday i received message that no, i can't use paypal anymore, no reason, only that there some activity in my account that’s inconsistent with their User Agreement. I asked can i create new account? they said no. I asked can i move to business account, maybe it's a problem why my account was limited? they said they can't offer service for me anymore.

I'm from 3rd country world, i use PayPal and Crypto as donation methods, with crypto no problems but by crypto pays only 3% of customers, other like PayPal and cards. I wanted to make Stripe account, but there no my country.

Maybe someone have experience or understanding with my question, i need continue to work and receive payments as i need some cash-flow but i can't, i can create paypal account on my friend, but it can happen again\

Sorry to hear that. As experience tells me you won't get your account back. If you have any money stuck in the account, withdraw them as soon as their account freeze expires (180 days if my memory serves me right) otherwise even these funds might disappear. All in all, PayPal is a criminal entity which has shown its real face time and time again. They don't care neither about laws nor their reputation. What you can do is, well, avoid using PayPal in the future.

If Stripe is unavailable where you live there still might be other alternatives, look around online. If you can't find anything at all contact your bank, many banks either have online payment solutions or work with payment gateways so you might have a chance there.

You can’t have your account back trust me

Don't try it again with paypal. They'll ban you again. They have a tolerance of a small number of disputes, after that they'll just ban you. Other than that, your source of making money is not too white hat for paypal.
