You can't use PayPal anymore
At PayPal, we value a safe community for our customers to do business. We noticed activity in your account that’s inconsistent with our User Agreement and we no longer offer you PayPal services.

Any bank or credit card information linked to your PayPal account cannot be removed nor can it be used to create a new account. You can still log in and see your account information but you can’t send or receive money. Any money in your balance will be held for 180 days, after which we’ll send you an email with instructions about transferring your money.

And got email with this subject: "Your account has been limited"

And content (shorten):
#######################################################
We are hereby notifying you that, after a recent review of your account
activity, it has been determined that you are in violation of PayPal's
Acceptable Use Policy regarding your transactions.

Please refer to:
[...]
Therefore, your account has been permanently limited.
[...]
Please be advised that we will review your account after 30 days and once
we calculate our exposure to any chargebacks, we will notify you to arrange
the release of any excess funds that are available for a withdrawal. If
there are any further funds remaining in your account after this time, we
will continue to review your account every 30 days until either

• all your funds have been made available to you for a withdrawal
or
• a period of 180 days has passed

Then after some time I got an email with this subject: "Status of your PayPal funds"

with content:

We're holding funds in reserve to cover any possible account liabilities because of your account limitation. We'll review your account monthly and release your funds between 30 and 180 days. You can see the details of these funds when you log in to your PayPal account. Click Pending Balance from the Account Overview.

You have funds available to withdraw. You can transfer this directly to your bank account or request a check from PayPal.

To access released funds, you can log in to your account to make a withdrawal. You can request a check (link) or withdraw (link) funds to your bank account.

So, they are saying its "permanently limited", I assume there is no way to reactivate it.

But is there a way to get the money still out?

All i was doing with this account is receiving money (as friends and family) and then sending to someone else. So no theft of money / scam or similar BS involved.
All the account info is fake (like name, address, etc.).
I was most of them time logging via VPN (US location) and sometimes also with TOR. I think i have used the account 1 year long, and maybe per month like 4 transactions

Yeah, the account is done for.
The only option you have is wait 180 days and get the remaining $ out.
Just create a new one on a specific IP and stay on that IP, don't log in via other IPs and mostly you are quite fine.

If the limitation cannot be appealed you need to wait 180 days to withdraw your money.

Yes you have to wait 6 month
My account was permantly limited, I didn't wait 6 month because I talk to a lawyer and even started to take legal action

Yes, but the big question is. How to withdraw anonymously?

Once the period of 180 days over, they will send money directly to your bank account so now, you can get the money after 180 days. Also, you can ask over phone call or email PayPal customer care if you have any question.

Is it also possible to use a VBA for this purpose?
