PayPal payment problem for JR VIP

Hello All,

I am facing a problem while I was making a payment. Please check image and let me know. I have money in PayPal balance but PayPal just showed me only Bank and Card option. Account is US. So what to do now?

PayPal will take PayPal's balance first. Anyways, try to contact PayPal itself if it doesn't work the way I'm saying.

I beleive you can only pay with card using PayPal, not with balance.

I guess it's a new paypal policy (I saw another thread on this a few days back in BHW) for all the accounts (previously, only Indian accounts used to be like this). So, OP you will need to pay by card only. You can withdraw your paypal balance to your bank account, but you won't be able to purchase anything with it.

This is due to the way we currently manage subscriptions with PayPal. In order for there to be a PayPal subscription, they require a "backup" card in case you don't have enough balance in your PP account when it comes to renewal time. With BHW 2.0 coming out soon we're looking at other / less restrictive methods of purchasing a BHW membership.

In short - right now you need a backup card if paying by PayPal. If you have a card but don't want to put it on PayPal then try the Stripe option upon checkout.
