Paypal payment 21 days hold HELP

guys , i've got paid 300 dollars for a digital product so i can't provide a proof of shipping and my funds got hold for 21 days , is that due to my paypal account being new ? if i use a 2017 account , will it get hold too ? and some guys say there is an amount that paypal won't hold , i think it's 50 dollars , is that true ? thanks or your help

Doesn't matter how old your account is. All you can do is wait. Good thing it's only 21 days instead of 180..although Im not sure if they still even do that..
PayPal usually does it to new "businesses" that look shady (read: unregistered private faces that don't provide tracking and/or don't have required legal information on their websites) and the likes.
