Paypal owner 1 country, user in another

Well is this allowed...

My bro goes to the UK for university, and I live in a different country, the paypal is from the UK, under his name, even thought he is in the UK not using the paypal, can I use it in another country ?

generally yes, you may have some issues depending on the type of your transactions

My clients are based in UK n Canada, I happen to access their PayPal a/c. Go ahead and give it a shot.

5 - 8 yrs back, there used to be issues, but not anymore, as I see.

won't paypal limiut the account if you log-in from another country.
