I have a dispute open, but the seller is not responding, in the status displays "You can escalate this dispute to a claim any time between 9/14/2013 15:38 PDT and 10/6/2013 13:19 PDT."

If i don't escalate to a claim till 10/6/2013 13:19 PDT. the seller wins the dispute? or i win?

If the seller didn't respond in 45 days you will get your money back

Just explain what happened to result a dispute. I got one in past and I won. You need to be patient though.

a buyer charged back on me...about 6 weeks after placing the order. The chargeback left the account - several hundred $$$'s. The product was delivered via email. Now p.p are demanding i pay them that money back in order to wipe out the negative balance.

what should you do?
