PayPal on GoDaddy?

I was unpelasantly surprised on the checkout, when I had only card and check options. Any idea why is that?

Maybe because you used a coupon, that doesn't work with paypal.

Use the 70% off coupon if you want to use PayPal ( 3.xx dollars .com )

I did not use a coupon, but the .com is currently at discount price. I did not find where to activate a coupon, though.Could that be the region?
P.S: I found the field for the cupon. SOrry, I did not understand the coupon code I should use to pay with PP.

to test the coupon you can also use this url godaddy(dot)com/domains/search-dus.aspx?isc=<COUPON_CODE>

For example:

http://www.godaddy.com/domains/search-dus.aspx?isc=lksrtl295j

Thanks. I tried with several coupons, but with none of them I got the option to pay with PayPal. All orders are above $12, which I know is the minimum for PP. But for me it looks like PP does not exist on this site.
