Are there any Phone verification service that works with USA paypal , most providers number isnt working

If you don't mind investing more money Google voice numbers work for PayPal.
 
Not sure if you are allowed to offer your sales. And I don't see anywhere about him mentioning non voip either.

Google Voice still working fine for creating PayPal accounts, but if you are talking about passing a security check, then virtual phone numbers don't work for this anymore.
 
Previously I have used Dingtone app and bought number there. Now they have increasted the price. 5$ for a number. Not sure if it still works or not.

it is not work right now
 
Just use google voice to create your paypal account, it will be faster and easier.
 
I vouch for Google Voice. If you want to keep the number for life.

Thats great to hear but once they ask randomly for security check what should we do ? is there anyway to bypass that ?

Last time I try Dingtone app it still works to verify paypal
