Are you trying to log in with your mobile number and PIN or with your username and password?

Sometimes I can't log in with Chrome but Firefox and IE are fine.

That is a bad idea, even if you have zero funds. Try signing up for a NEW account on your PC using the details you used on your phone. You should then see some kind of error message and maybe a way to reset-retrieve login details.
