Paypal (Not sure if this is a problem)

Hi forum. So basically the problem is simple. I'm 17 yo, and I made a PP acc on my father's name. I confirmed the acc with CC and it has been almost half a year. I send like 2k to it and I withdrew most of the money. The account had 2,5k euro withdraw limit for a year.
Now the problem is today I login to my pp acc and i can't see the limit's button on the main page. So I searched a little bit and many people have had this issue before (mainly people from dp).
I guess they lifted all my limits because of good behavior.(but I'm not sure) I'm asking if this has happened to someone else here before and what were the consequences - did they lift all ur limits or what?
And if someone has a fully verified account can u please tell me if u have the "View Limits" on your my account>>overview page?

Here's what I get when I click on verified link:

after clicking on "Verified" i read the exact same message what you quoted here

premier. just contacted paypal and I can't understand if I can withdraw any amount cus they didn't tell me why they removed the view limits button. Fx
