Hello guys,

I am looking for some stealth paypal advice. Would it be a problem if I use different IP addresses every time I make a transaction from Paypal? Those IP's are from same location (same US state).

It shouldn't be a problem logically because many (most) internet connection comes with dynamic IP rotation. But I have seen this advice many places "use one fixed ip for Paypal (vps)".

How safe is using vps for Paypal? Can't they detect that the IP is from VPS (by analyzing host name) ?

Different IP's usually don't matter. I can't say that 100% for sure, but because like you said some IPs are dynamic it's impossible to force people to use a fixed IP address. As for your question about a VPS, usually no, thye can't tell. I've never worked with this kind of stuff on Paypal so please feel free to get a 2nd opinion, but in my experience with many other things they usually will not block out servers, or hosting companies. That doesn't mean they can't, but usually they don't by default. I would think as long as you're not doing anything too crazy you should be ok, but I'd wait for a 2nd opinion from someone who's got a lil more experience with Paypal directly.

There's no way for them to find out you are using VPS, thats for sure

As about the different IPs from same location, it shouldn't be a problem, just make sure they are all within same state and not outside as your account might get limited until some verification steps are done

Guys, I have another question. If I open an email from Paypal from my real ip, can they trace it? (Paypal emails loads some images).

Explaining more, lets say you have opened a fake Paypal on a different country than the one you live in. Is it safe to open paypal emails from your home ip?

Paypal or Ebay can't see what your doing outside of their websites, they can't trace IP's when your not on their sites....So you should be fine.

It's perfectly fine to do it from multiple IPs.

BUT

Make sure that you actually have account information that they can verify. If they see you logging in from multiple locations, it can flag something in the automated system to limit your account until you verify it. All you'll need to do is verify by phone usually, but make sure you have a legit phone number available to do this part.
