Paypal Negative Balance

If you own a PayPal account with negative balace >4k and don't pay, since you already blocked the debit on the account, what they can do?
I'm from Europe not USA.

Looking for input from users who has been in the same situation.
Please take into consideration i'm not trying to scam them or something , but did some projects , work has been delivered , buyer made dispute after that, they granted success to them even if work was delivered as agreed.

I have been in similar situation and i know how bad can turn up paypal protection for sellers.I delivered products , buyers was not happy so they were supposed to return the products back before they receive refund but they did not and paypal still refunded them total BS.Well i was not on over 4k negative but i was close to 1k and they have not done anything for months now.Note i am from europe and i used stealth paypal , with all fake personal information etc.I am not sure if they could find my real identity if they dig up deep but i dont really care as even if they send the collection team it will cost them much more for court expenses that what i "owe" them lol and its not actually what i owe them but what they owe me:flute:

If you're from a country other than UK or Ireland then odds are that nothing will happen, simply because of the fact that PayPal have no representation in these countries, and as such it's extremely difficult for them to work with local collection agencies. Furthermore, PayPal aren't too interested in cashing in these debts because they themselves don't suffer any financial loss - they just won't credit the other party (that won the dispute) unless they manage to recoup the funds from you. (I know this for a fact as I had it happen once - won a dispute but never got compensated as the seller's balance was/remained negative.)

I remember someone complaining about some notice from paypal from this. All you can do is wait and if you do not receive any such thing for long, you should be safe.

It becomes a collection, it's happened to me plenty of times from assholes doing chargebacks and keeping my items on car forums, if you used a stealth account, then paypal is screwed
