Paypal Need Some Help

Hello, my friend was selling a lot of items on ebay, later on he had a chargeback and he gave paypal all the info needed but they still could not do anything. Now he owes paypal around 2K, he used fake information just to be safe and he used an different internet network(His own was down he moved to a different place etc.) with a proxy, he used a virtual credit card for the paypal. Could he get in trouble if paypal doesnt have his real info or his ip. He asked me to ask this because his parents got divorced and he still doesnt have normal internet so he uses open networks.

If he used open networks then yes, it depends where he is from.
If he is from US then his chances are huge.
If he is from somewhere like China, then he will probably not even get into any kind of trouble.
Just ignore PayPal emails.

He is from the Europe but how can they get to his real adress if he would be in USA.
