PayPal: Need "Lodgement Receipt" - Help?

Hey guys,

I'm dropshipping a product, and unfortunately my guy in China isn't providing me with a "Lodgement Receipt". I'm getting tracking codes, the product is great .etc, but some dishonest people are opening PayPal Disputes, and apparently the tracking code isn't enough.

I have 2k in disputes tied up right now, and it's caused PayPal to limit my account until we sort it out.

I'm shipping via DHL, does anyone have a sample Lodgement Receipt I could take a look at? I can photoshop it (I'm a graphic designer) if need be, or at least show my supplier what it is I need.

Any other ways around this guys?

Thanks for that mate, but unfortunately it pertains to the Shipping. I need one from DHL, that contains the address that the product was being shipped to.
