I want to join an adult site but that site only allows direct pay Eu, CCbill 900 for non-recuring fee and I have none of these payment options. The only thing i have is paypal. The fee for joining the site for non-recuring 30 days cost 14.95 USD.

I will give you 30 USD by paypal in exchange of 14.95 USD (you paid to the site and give me the account name and password)

Sorry, I can't help you, but here is an idea: can't you use your PayPal debit card as a credit card and they will bill it in Euro?

I am in Hong Kong now so the paypal debit card service is not available and i don't have a job so i don't have a credit card.
 
Buy virtual one from BST section with arbitrary amount.

Correct me if I am wrong, but guy just asked for virtual card with some money loaded onto it, and this is not mentioned in Prohibitet Activities, actually there are other guys selling this kind of service in BST section.
 
The rules are there for good reason.
Money exchange often results in scam.

I'd rather try to talk to a person I know than hire a stranger.
 
u should delete ur post before u get banned or an infraction.
 
Exactly they dont allow money exchanges here..i almost got banned for it.

Looks like he just worded his request wrongly. Should have asked for a VCC.
