PayPay always have extra tracking unverified accounts. When a verified accounts try to send money that time its need phone verification because of the receiver accounts are not verified. when he open a dispute from unverified accounts then money will go just trash. If verify that time then different issue.

I'm just saying that If I just want to get a product (and not sure if I want to keep it or not maybe it's a scam) and then ask money back... then will I get the unverified paypal account blocked ? Can I get out the money if the account get blocked?
also if unverified paypal doesn't work, is it better to buy a stealth paypal account?
