Paypal Merchant Account

Hi i was wondering if it was worth opening a paypal merchant account

I want to use the account to accept payments from a VCC account that has had money sent to it.

THe plan was to send the money before the VCC account gets chargedback. but would they chargeback the merchant account too?

Ex:

Act A = Victim
Act B = Gateway account
Act C = Merchant

Act A pays Act B

Act B immediately makes an "purchase" from Act C

Act A chargebacks Act B

Would paypal chargeback Act C(merchant) because Act B has been charged back?

I have had major issues with a PP merchant account before. They are hardcore about chargebacks and we had almost $5000 held for over 3 months.

Can you reccomend anyone else? It seems most people only want to deal with Paypal =/

Sounds like fraud to me.

PayPal is a nightmare. I've spent the last 6 months programming with PayPal Payments Pro api and the overall experience with them is aweful.

I would stay far far away from Paypal.
