Paypal.me into bhw thread?

Greetings to all seniors..
I mostly saw marketplace threads has direct paypal paying links within their marketplace threads, i need to confirm few questions.
Is there paypal.me link backend to that thread? if yes, then what could be the method to feed different amount payments in one thread as we know all thread image is one piece and can bear the one link.
or can you guyz suggest me any utube video or blog to clear my curiosities i will be very thankful to you.
