You mean they are mass banning your accounts?
I know they have crazy folks at PayPal, but they are certainly not running around banning accounts just for fun.

i think we should stop using paypal in bulk cuz they close the accounts for no reason and confiscate the money

How did you know that they are mass banning? When you say "mass banning" you are talking about thousands of accounts being banned?
