Hello so im very very stressed out right now.
My paypal was limited and i've been using my brothers account for the past few years. My account under my name was limited about 8 years ago because i was too young. So i've been using my brothers account and he was also too young but i haven't had issues till today after getting a pretty big twitch donation.
So i have my birth-date in his name because he was too young at the time also and im not able to change that.
I also have my full name under the bank transfers on his acccount. Anytime i needed to transfer money i'd do it under my name and bank and not his name and bank.
and i need to provide a bank transfer from the paypal account which would show my name and not his
This is the message i got
"We noticed that you've been using your PayPal account in a questionable manner. To understand this better, we need more information from you. You'll need to provide the requested information to regain full access."
Basically my brother has my birthdate under my name because 1996 was of age at the time.
and all the bank transfers are under my name and bank and not his paypal name.
So i really really need help as im just shaking right now. I dont know what to do.
I need to provide a recent bank statement linked to the paypal which would show my name and not his. Also need to provide a proof of id which would show he was born in 1999 but i had it set to 1996 which would be my year.
I really really hope someone can help me out here.
