I have had my paypal limited for good lol.
I have created a stealth account but may or may not have cleared flash objects before signing in to new account i dont remember.
I think I will probably get linked. My question is, if I am linked, if i provide the nec. identification for the new account (thinking if I need to dispute being linked) Do you think it will fly in order to prevent being limited? I could say that i made the account on friends computer, friend being the one whos account got limited.
