My Paypal went limted few days before with $80 in it,can anybody withdraw the money to my another paypal?can pay some % to the one who will help.

you have to call into paypal, but chances are its going to be hold there for a certain amount of time then released

Just make a quick search here on BHW, i have seen a lot of people providing paypal withdraw from limited accounts service
