Hey, my paypal got limited a few weeks ago, and I'm looking for someone who can unlimit this for me
this is what is needed to be done.
Confirm Bank Account
Confirm credit card
Confirm location
Confirm Identity
The account has $110 on it and we can negotiate the price.

I already have.. the problem is he doesn't accept payments after the paypal has not limited anymore.

You wanted to do a risky action like a stealth account, which can get limited without good prospects of recovering it, but have others absorb your risk by doing the labor upfront? And if the recovery effort fails, will you pay them for their labor? This why the marketplace vendors stopped doing the work upfront---your risk should not be shouldered by them.

You'll have to pay something to do some of this, as the fastest way to confirm a bank and CC is to pay for a VBA and VCC (especially the VCC, which needs to have $3-5 on it to get debited from it during the verification). If the ID is faux, you'll have to have a faux ID made, which also requires money for the graphics work.

Don't pay someone else. I'm sick of these people taking advantage of others in this situation. It's no different than a guru with all of the fucking answers to making money.
