Three months ago I send them ID with photo, adress, bank verified. Today my paypal get limited and they ask ID, adress, bank account again + they want to know details about last 5 transactions. It is 2x money from CPA and 3x send money to my friends. What should I tell them about this transactions to get my paypal back? I have personal account.

just provide them all the details again and also if possible call them to clear everything.

Why the fuck oes paypal feel the need to stiuck their noses so far into peoples buisness?

give them what they want, and all should be fine.

I had my account limited a few months ago and I provided all the information that they asked and now I the account its working.

Don't be too concerned. PayPal limits accounts all the time due to "suspicious activity". Keep in mind that fraud is a *huge* problem for payment processors like PayPal and if they lose a lot of money if they catch fraudsters (e.g., someone hacking other's PP accounts and sending money to themselves, etc.). Just need to prove you're not doing anything that will cost PayPal money (possibly may need to call and complain a few times, since their support agents aren't the most helpful...)

In this case all you need to do is provide them with the necessary documents you want and be honest with them.
Doing this they should review the case and remove the limits from your account.

PayPal is a fucking big ass pain. The shit they restrict people for. I got blacklisted on the spot with no reason specified. They all were like let me read the notes on your account. I get put on hold then they come back and say, "Well it says here that they don't want us to tell you, and that you will need to file a subpoena if you want to know why we restricted you".

The first person I talked to said I am involved of the following: Money Laundering, Identity Theft, Using Stolen Credit Cards.

Did I actually do any of those? No?

Tip for everyone who is reading this, please don't treat PayPal as the #1 source for receiving payments. Try and keep your payment box open wide, and don't enclose to one company no matter how much you believe that nothing will go wrong. Because a week before I got me, my brother, and my mom perma limited on the spot, I was talking with my brother how I am glad we solved all our issues with PayPal and that I wont get in anymore shit again. (Cause I have a student account now, was blacklisted for having an account under 18 previous).

See, what happened there? Don't expect for the best all the time like I did. I just got proved I was wrong and lossed about $1k from being perma restricted.

Hope this post helps people think somehow.

EDIT: If you really want to still use PayPal then just provide the same old ass documents they already had. I am sure you can call in and tell them you've submitted them previously and this makes no sense that they want the same things again.

The paypal is really pig, trust me.
They limited me almost 3 months ago, and no matter how many email and id documents i send them, my account is still useless.
They dont answer for my support tickets. So i give them up and go to Skrill, they seems to be cooler.

Paypal want to upload a copy of any invoices referencing my purchase or acquisition of the merchandise. But I send money to my friends and I dont have any invoices, they are my friends. Some idea what to tell paypal?

PayPal should have the record of it then and they shouldn't be asking for it. Did you send it as gift? Did you use money that was already in your PayPal obtained from previous transactions that they are questioning? I mean you may have got money from 1 and 2 and they are wondering about that and they see you used that money to pay for 3 and 4 (example).

Just play their game and you should be fine (if you're lucky).
