Can someone fake address bill for me and id card name ;)? you will get 10 pounds after i have unlocked my paypal

There is a service here provided in bst section who can do this work for you although it will cost you more than 10 pounds
 
These can be provided no problem but generally the seller sets the price and payment is due on delivery not if and when there ever used .
 
i think i need to pay him first but all my money is there so anyone can do this? 10 pounds right after its un locked, only id and address

PayPal has a limit ? They just made me verify my banking info the other day ... didn't know they are cappin people now
