Hey I was looking for some info if anyone can help me out. My paypal account has been limited for 180s whatever. I have a different bank account, if I signed up a new account would they just limit it right away?

Submit the documents then are asking and you will get your accoutn back within 24 hours but if you ahve given fake information then you have to photoshop your documents
 
what can i say.. thats paypal :P Maybe get yourself another account if you see this will take too long and you have to make money right away. But if you are not in a hurry then just sumbit all they need.
 
Yes you can open a new paypal, with another bank account..Just use different information when you register. Name, address, phone number...etc will work fine
 
And one of the most important things, use a different IP
 
You know I am a completely honest paypal user and living in Thailand when using paypal can sometime be a nightmare.
They have limited my account numerous times and its usually when I have a large influx of clients.
For all they know I could be Thai so when they call, and ask questions in English about the account, how do they know I'm not going to say.... ARAI NA...POM MAI KOW JAI!!LOL
I know a few Thai people that use ebay and have Native friends write the ads etc.
I once sent money to a friend back in the U.K and they locked my account and his. I lost about 200 pounds...Thanks PAYPAL!
 
Use fake info, fake name, address etc..

You also need to make sure you've completely cleared your cookies. I recommend ccleaner.

If you dont clear your cookies properly they can still track you via flash cookies, therefore still linking your old account with your new one, and ultimately losing both accounts.

If you're from the UK, I can set up accounts with ease. I charge a small fee, and all you would need to do is enter your bank details.
 
i have a similar problem..

if i use a fake name / address / everything where do i get a fake bank account (of the same name) ? also in my country they are asking for PAN numbers - i am from india - so where do i get a pan number ?

is there a way around ?

i get a vcc to verify accounts and simply transfer the money received to a different paypal account and withdraw it then can they still track my genuine account..

submit the docs they ask for, upgrade to premier and add a credit card and you should be fine, no need for a new account
 
no idea about india, but i know in the UK you can get prepaid bank accounts that work with paypal, and because paypal doesnt see the name on the bank account, it doesnt matter if you use a fake name with your real bank. You can still withdraw to your real bank account even though your payapl account is in a different name and address..
 
I have over 3k USD in my 4different PayPal accounts.. All are Limited.. They will allow me to withdraw money in April as then 180days barrier will be over..
 
If you have more than 1 Paypal account, Then use them in Different browsers.. That will help to avoid PayPal regular Screening..
 
I am not trying to hijack the thread, but what should I do if paypal asks for me to verify my SSN
