paypal limited withdraw questions

so basically my account has been limited for 45 days, it is a fake account all fake name and phone number, so when I went to withdraw to my bank I added my bank and then it asked me to verify the phone number, it was a fake phone number so I deleted it and added a new one, but now it doesn't ask me to verify my phone number so I just get an error saying it cant be processed at this time, does anybody know how to get passed this, will pay a decent amount if anybody can help

I don't understand why you would try to withdraw from a fake account, your best option would have been to by a VCC or some kind of gift card with your paypal balance, other then that I think you might be F@#@
