PayPal Limited question

Where are you located? PayPal is said to be good at spotting US faked bills but a foreign faked bill looks authentic then you're not gonna have any problems. In worst case, they don't unlimit you, I've never heard of them taking legal action because of faked bills.
Im from Romania and I just wanted to add a bancore VCC but on the VCC there wasn't any money so they can't do any charge, after a few sec I got an email I got limited... I have 52$ on that account this is all of my money on the internet, if I cant get it back I cant even restart the method I used to make money.

Well, adding a VCC seems as a bad idea. For me it gives a sense that something is up, why you are using a virtual credit card than a physical one.
What kind of limitation is it? Temporary or permanent? If the former, then perhaps providing those documents helps revoking the limitation. If permanent then you have to wait 180 days to be able to withdraw the money.
Don't give up though, keep fighting it, those are your money and never theirs.

They can't do anything about it.
I've personally used plenty of fake passports and bills.
Brb used Photoshop to change name, age, etc.
Just send it to them, the worst thing that could happen is you not getting unlimited, and that's IF they search into it. I'm pretty sure they just look through it.

Nooooo.... I can't beleive it, I photoshoped 3 hours and it looked like the same legit as the original document just edited to my paypal name and others... View attachment 34054
So this is the end guys nothing I can do?
Did they state a reason for denying you?
If not, it's probably because it wasn't legit.
PM me the image if you want me to check over it, and I'll try my best to lead you in the right direction to make it legit.
But also, next time save the image to your phone, then transfer it to PC, this will make sure the output isn't "photoshop".
