Paypal Limited my account

Hello,

I was selling on ebay for about 2 years and was doing ok, paypal limited my account and eventhough i sent in my info they asked for they closed my account because they linked me to my cousins account, my cousin used my computer before so im guessing they linked me by i.p or cookies.

**is there anyway on settiing up a new paypal/ebay account, but paypal needs to be fully verified to be able to withdra 1000 a month?

Is your paypal account limited or completly closed. If its limited after 180 days they will provide you an option to withdraw to your bank account or becomes normal account if you provide them proofs. They normally dont close the account if you have funds in it.

Just make new account and buy other pc for your cousin. You cannot withdraw 1000 if you are not verified. Many of my account got limited before. Now I use dynamic connection and deletes all the cookies using ccleaner or using the firefox addons.

You know your shit, thank for the other info on the other post, how can i open a new paypal account, if I alredy have one, I have my own internet access, but my next door neiborh, has his connection open, so now I have access to his internet.

I was thinking to get another paypal account using his internet acccess, hopefully he does not alredy have one paypal. ANYWAY the main question is how to get two Paypal accounts, with a single Ip..

You can make two accounts with one IP but your accounts will be link. Its not recommended. Your accounts will be limited sooner or later. You cannot transfer between your accounts. Find a connection that change its IP everytime you restart.

Go to a cafe to create a new one & ask your friend's landline number to clarify. Hope it works.

thats what ive been thinking about, but i need a social and an id to reopen my account, to be paypal verified, my monthly transaction are about 1,000 - 1500 bucks. anybody know how to get around this?

go with 2co, they are pretty good from what i hear. i recently got my account with them

register a business, get a tax id, costs around 200 and can be done instantly online, use that for new paypal, or partner w/ someone short term to keep moving product until you find a gf or whatever to use their info

ive heard that before about the tax id, does it really work or no? basically i would have to setup an llc and get my eim number correct? what about if paypal want me to send an i.d? does e.i.n or tax id # replace SSN#? ive tried asking a few people i know but they all want a cut, and basically i would be doing all the work, so that sux and gf is an asss she wont let me use her social for that. lol

This to me is the most ridiculous thing I ever heard coming from what is operating as an illegal bank. Your cousin messed up his account so yours is a risk? Can you tell me of any bank or financial institution in the world which holds entire extended families accountable for every single family members financial solvency? Only one.. PayPal.

Call them and tell then to re-open your account.. if the person you are talking to sounds like a retard, ask to talk to the manager, if they sound like a retard too (trust me, even the managers are), ask that guy to talk to his boss. Keep going till you get somewhere and get what you want.

I'm waiting for the day I hear about someone who was walking their dog, and it took a piss on someones lawn who works at paypal, and that guy loses his account. Seriously, it's like doing business with emotional children. I don't understand how anybody can entrust their business or their income to reliably work through them.

**indeed this sucks, i feel violated lol. wouldn't this be considered discrimination since basically they are juding me by somebody else's mistakes. it would maybe be a good lawsuit, but im going to try and see what i can do, ive tried talking to the managers (and yes they all sound stupid) but i havent had no luck.

**ebay sellers dont really have much of a choice as to who to use for payment services, ebay promotes paypal like crazy as the safest payment method online, even when purchasing a product through ebay you see paypal as the first option to pay.

Yes Paypal really sucks, if there were other options i would gladly show them my middle finger! they limited my account also and even tho i sent in everything that they want they wont look at my drivers license for over 2 months now, the rest of the documents they looked at within days, i have even resubmitted the driver license 3 times but they just ignore me!!

Paypal is a scam, they steal money, and if they dont steal it they will hold it for 180 days, because they profit from the interest. Think about it, out of 10 million people who use them, if they put 100,000 accounts on hold that have an average of 50.00 per account, thats a total of 5 million. Then at a minimum of 3% interest which would be 30 thousand per year per million, then you divide by 2 since they only hold it for 6 months and thats 15 thousand times 5 to total 75 thousand dollars in their pocket just because they held your money for 180 days! SCAM!

that is true, this last time they limited my account and closed i have money in their from customers who had purchased stuff, i refunded the funds and luckily customers paid me with cc over the phone.

there was a class action lawsuit several years ago, pay pal has now amended their terms of service to make it all legal for them to fu ck you however they want. everyone that was in the suit got 50 if there account had ever been held or limited.


yes, tax id will replace social security number. I guess they could ask for an ID, if you have never sent them an ID, you could send them yours or make up a fa ke one on pc, print it out on paper, snap a blurry photo, I have used School/college ids before, but never provided a socail. you get some pretty official printouts from the IRS, when you get your tax id, so you could also fax them that if they want. also they like to see invoices of your items, but your business account is a clean slate so long as it doesn't get linked with any older accounts. only like 10 ppl work at pay pal.

You can register in your state for just the fee, mine was 100, and I get LLC and then can use the LLC information to register for tax id, the whole process took less than 1 hour. Since your doing legit biz theres no reason to take the extra steps, but if I remember correctly. You should use a "registered agent" in a Nevada to start 1 corp, then you can start a delaware company with the other company as the only member, and you have to have another registered agent in DE for mailing, but then you can dissolve the Nevada corp, and you have a perfect shell corp for most anything, of course the feds would be able to find you, but not really any creditors or anyone else, but largely unnecessary

Hello, i also got my paypal account restricted this is the story : i opened it in France back in the days, and since the limit was 2,5K euros /year, i've reached it, and now they want my I.D and proof of address, but the thing is I don't live in France anymore!!! grrr and i can't change the country in my paypal. And even if i do so, i'll loose the ability to receive money because i now live in Madagascar... any help ??
