So in the end of september my paypal account got perm limited. I called and got them to take the perm limitation off of it and add steps to get it reviewed. The thing is I don't have everything they need to send them. So I was wondering if anybody on here knows how to get an account unlimited. Or another thing I heard of was creating a "stealth account" but I would need someone to teach me how to do that and the important thing is I need to be able to withdraw money from it to get the cash in real life. Please help me out asap.
