PayPal Limited & eBay not

Hello guys. My Paypal account was limited forever. I made a second paypal account (different ip, cookies etc) with the data of my second passport (same name, different country).

If I link my account to eBay to this new Paypal It will be detected and limited the account too? I have listings that I sell daily, I would not like to delete them unless necessary (Considering that the listings link comes out on paypal transactions).

Yes, they will be linked forever.
Sometimes you get lucky not to get that account suspended right away, but sooner or later, PayPal will know that and will link your previous suspended account.
It is best to use different details from your suspended account(s).

And if the new paypal acount is on a diferent name then paypal wont close it because its linked to this ebay acount?

It can work for a short amount of time but eventually they will find out and suspend you again. You are best off looking into stealth accounts/methods
