Paypal limited. But Account is verified. Need help.

Guys,

My paypal account is limited. I've added my real informations and added real visa card account status is verified. I got the paypal verification code today morning from the Bank. Then I've got fiverr withdrawal to paypal account and tried to withdraw to visa card. After few minutes I've got email and saying Account is limited. But I can see still it verified.
They asked me to add another credit cared and "proof of address". I've sent my driving license scanned copy as proof of my address. But I don't have another credit card or visa enable debit card to add. When I tried to add already added card again, they said it has been added already.
So what should I do now?
Will they accept or start investigating my paypal account with proof of address without adding credit card? Or somehow do I need to add credit card?

Really appreciated any help.

If you have already added a credit/debit card and confirmed it with the code, there is no need to add another card. Next steps are to upload a scanned copy of your Passport or ID card (both sides) and a scanned copy or PDF document that contains your address. They need to match the address from your ID card with the address of the document and they need to be the same. If you have an utility bill like phone bill, internet bill or something like that, you can send it to them.

When they compare the address on the utility bill with the address of your ID card, they will lift your limits.
 
A verified paypal account doesn't mean you can't get limited. You WILL BE limited if you failed to provideo address proof,SSN proof, phone proof when paypal ask you too.
 
Yes. I've verified with international visa debit card. So you mean it is enough to send address proof? I've sent them scanned copy of driving license. It has address and birth date also.
Then why did they ask me to add card? Is this common template that they asking?

It has been limited now. but status is verified.

And how long will take them to respond me?
 
Similar thing happened to me, I gave them a call and they sorted it out instantly for me.
 
paypal did similar thing with me,i provided all genuine proofs of my work.I did not provide any type of documents.I just have single accounts with them always.After few days i got email lifting the limitations
 
I got limited once because I let my friend in Siberia sign in to me PayPal, I am from Canada. All I did was call them, and told them my account got limited. The lady literally un-limited it in about 2 minutes. I didn't even give a credit card or proof of address, as I am only 15. My account was verified too btw.
 
My paypal account is limited too and I have just sent my utility bill to them..Is that enough to resolve the problem?
 
All you gotta do after uploading documents is give them a call and they will change the account status to normal.
