Paypal limited and reserved

Hi everyone

I have one steath ebay account with 18fb and 100% possitive fb

But today i received email from pp limited me and reserved all transaction last 60days (include new transaction)

in my mail

you received a payment that
was not authorized by the PayPal account holder.

For your protection, we have reversed this transaction

I do not understand why pp limited my acc and reversed money to buyer. No open case in resolution center. PP Balance: ~900$

Anyone have same problem?

The person who bought from you either hacked someone else's Paypal account and paid with it, or they could also file a chargeback as a "non authorized payment" and get it back without a dispute process.

yes, maybe one of buyer buy (or transfer money from hacked paypal) but why pp reserved all transaction last 60days and limited seller account not buyer acc. pp is suck. i call them and they told me contact throught email

You could've limited it if you logged in to it with a bad proxy, you need to use socks 5.
