Paypal Limited account

Hello
I received cash via paypal, and they limited my account. They asked for utility bill, photo ID and proof of address. I've sent them everything, but is it a problem that the address on the documents is cyryllic? Also I've sent them many documents to confirm, it still says for my credit card statement that they're waiting for my response. Now I don't have enough space to even upload documents. What can I do? I've sent them multiple e-mails to their support center but it takes too long for them to review it. Also I requested to change my account's name. They still haven't responded. Any chance the guy who sent me the cash as (friends or family) to charge back so he can send it to another account?

you should be able to cancel the transactions at your end OR if you go into the Limited paypal account you can look at the transaction and do a refund.

What do you mean? Can you explain ?

As long as you can still log into your paypal account you should be able to see the transaction that has taken palce.
The money is probably part of a "pending balance"
If you click on your account overview you will be able to see your transactions thet have come into your account. you can then find the money that this guy has sent you click on it and be able to offer a refund.
