previously i have done many transactions but never raised such issue with me.i just sent money to one my client as goods.now they are asking some receipt for such goods.what i have to do?if i tell them virtual goods then will they ask same receipt for that?

sorry but here i did not purchase anything.i just sent money to my client in US and asked him to transfer money to my bank account via xoom.i sent money to my client in US as goods.now paypal is asking the receipt for purchased goods.in how many days they unlocked your account?

call them try to fake docs and billing invoice by installing phpcoin it has option to create back date billing invoices also !! best of luck !!

same question here.i am freelancer how can i provide receipts to them?just like Dseva as mentioned they gave me transaction ids and told me to give explanation about those transactions.but the lucky thing is there is no money in my paypal account.they cant rob me for some time i have told to my customers not to send money there.

Try using Photoshop to create a Fake Credit Card Invoice/Bank Statement.
And Regarding The Details about those transactions, just tell them you do Freelance/Data Entry work on YOURFREELANCWEBSITE.com. Hope it helps.

well it really sucks when you see this Limitation Message my one account got limited and i even made phone calls and all but they never unlifted the limitation i had over 60$+ now i am waiting for 180 days so try to fool them if you cant then just move on and try to make more fun instead of this

well it seems that this time they play with us by applying limitations. i hear lot of account limitations after march 3rd. even my account limited. it is the real pain from heart.
in my next birth i wish to be sole owner of such a company who can do anything at anytime on anyone.
me and my five team guys have to survive from paypal money.
no problem. learned a lot in my life, 26 years passed away. i am not going to sit silent in a corner.. i found many alternatives, i am going to be little more professional , i will abide by law with all legal documents and proofs.
enough of being a one among thousand freelancers.
even though paypal throw me away i won't get worried or diverted or confused. i just got to forget them.
if one doors are closed , really another one must be there.
