PayPal Limitation

I was wondering if anyone knows someone that can create the following items?

• Provide Invoices
• Supplier Contact Info

I need the following documents to lift the limitation on my PayPal account. If you know someone or somewhere, please kindly provide that contact to me.

website and faking the supplier. Worked good and was creative.
