Hello guys,

I sell digital items on eBay. And today my PayPal account limited and asks for Shipping details and fulfilments. As I said, I sell digital items and I can not send what PayPal asks.

Anyone can help me, please?

Call them and tell them that they will then ask questions like

Where do you get your products
What’s your website
Ect.... then they will prob say provide id and shit which is easy. As long as it’s not against their tos your good

How are you sending the digital items to your buyers? via ebay message? That should be hard since you need proofs that you are allowed to sell those digital items.
But there's always a workaround for that depends on case to case basis.

Even if the products you sell are digital, you have to document it to them. Do you give customers something downloadable? Then send them the log records about it on paypa or send them the texts and speeches used in the delivery.

The best solution is to be able to add (possibly fake) tracking numbers, eBay doesn't love digital products

Yeah like everyone said you should speak to paypal directly,provide what they want and everything might be fine. Sometimes its pain in the ass with them. Plus there are people on ebay who are bsing and people who have power to do something. Like I had problems and I speak with 3 people and they are all new probably newbies or low tier country recruits and then you get connect to some us ebay manager and sht gets done in 5 minutes while you were breaking your head for a day or week lol.

The way to fake tracking numbers would just be to give eBay some unrelated but new active tracking numbers as placeholders. eBay doesn't allow reuse of tracking numbers on its own site but if for example you also sold on Amazon with MF or know someone who does something similar you can upload those numbers to eBay.

But i see that almost seller who sells digital product on eBay or anywhere doesnt provide tracking number, so that it is difficult to get tracking number on somewhere and put it on list in eBay. Right? Or have any trick?
