So confirm your identity. They wanted ID from me and some recent taxes forms.
If it takes long in your contry, you can always buy some account, but usually this process takes like 1 day?

If you used a stealth account with fake data for paypal, then you can buy id and papers for verification online. I know there is a seller on here that sells amazing papers for verification. Look him up. Good luck

Why you would want that though?
One of the quickest is to receive a lot of payments in a short period of time, it will easily trigger the bots.
Also, passing the limitation is not giving you any guarantee that you will be limited again, or being asked for further verification (being asked for additional docs, etc.)

Check the marketplace for sellers offering this service. In my opinion, it would be better to just upload the documents they are asking and not using fake ones, if it is possible. Also, keep in mind that they can limit your account again in the future.
They suspect someone could be using your account without your knowledge.

i think you guys didnt get me fully. im trying to have the account limited so as to not cause me any headache in the future and i know it might be limited again but i just want to pass the limitation of the ID card first. so i was thinking if turn on vpn to a country different from the paypal s original country, would that make a change in account activity and triggers the bots. i want you all guys to share ur ideas in here.

I believe you'll have to upload documents when you reach a specific limit, something like $1500 or $2K, from what I remember. Why don't you just call them? They are super-friendly and could help verify your account earlier than needed.

That's a very bad idea. No, don't do that. You'll be flagged as 'high risk' and you'll be permanently suspended.
Also, what items or services are you planning to sell/offer?
As it will be useless when you'll be asked with these verification documents while you are offering high risk items/services.

I'm using @Easystealth documents, 100% success rate so far. But i'm not selling edgy/high risk stuffs.

Yea, looks like they're on leave. Mine was already 2-3 weeks, and still no response.
The best advice I could give you is:
- Open a new business. A real one, don't do anything sketchy or fake.
- Create the new Business bank account because PayPal won't allow the same bank if any associated account has been limited.
- Create a "dummy site". (This is a 1 page website that has a checkout process similar to the price packages attached to your real site. Just make sure this dummy site is a service PayPal allows.)
- Use a Cloaker to cloak the payments from your dummy site to your money site. (This tricks paypal into thinking your payments come from the dummy site but the checkout process was initiated on the money site.
Any other questions lmk, but that information is golden.
