what you do with pp limitation every time i make account stealth and get sale for 100 $ with item 5-10 $ i get limitation ??? what i do for this i use proxy private and when pp get limit i have ot add new pp to my eBay and it no time to get ebay suspend or ask for documents what you do for this issue i lose alot of money for this

i have one but it flag from ebay i was new on ebay and my account suspended and cant create new account
 
If the account isn't legit then you're busted. It's gone. If it's legit, it's probably some false alarm and usually solved with one phone call.

try to get an offshore mailbox company, there are sellers who do all the work for you for a couple of undred dollars. Then make a paypal business account with that business. Bye bye pp limitations

Check out startupr They have a lot of countries on offer to choose from. I don't know wether he's on BHW or not.

I wont explain to you all the steps how to make an offshore company. If you want to know what to do exactly there is a contact section on the site, reach out to them they will tell you all the details. You will have to provide a bunch of papers like Notarized Passport copy, utility bill etc.

It's a tedious process but in the end you'll save on taxes and have a legal business.
 
Alternatively try startingbusiness.com, those folks speak better english at least
