PayPal limitation - willing to pay you. PLEASE READ

Hi,

Basically I have an non-verified PayPal account and because I cannot verify my PayPal account because I'm underage so if I tried to enter my bank information it will not work and suspend my account.

I have got money in my account from an item I sold and because I have received over my allowed limit my account has been limited, I need to get his money out so I can get some presents for people for xmas.. yeah it's late but it'll still help.


I'm looking for something/someone that will be able to help me be able to get my money out.

The age to have a PayPal account is 18.

And to the OP, even if you get a VCC or a VBA now, there's a pretty good chance you won't be able to get a direct deposit to your bank account fast enough though before Christmas :/
 
I will get it lifted as people can do it here...

I only have money that is locked in my paypal account which is limited, once I get this unlimited I'll be able to pay if you are with me.
 
If your account is limited (suspended), then verifying it won't help. You need to see what they're asking for to unlimit it.

Hello.
Depends.
1. You tryed to verify your card? (that paypal charge they take in order to verify throught that 4 digit code)
2. You can after that send them your docs (national id or driving license , bills that proof adress etc) for further verification and lifting up all sending and receiving limits.

For withdraw they have 500 $ per day limit. (personal pro account).
