even if you were selling delivering and with 0 claims/reports or refunds request they will do it

Just fill in the company info and if you have to get a bank account find a way (there are ways) or stop messing with that processor. The difference between a shell company and Identity theft is that the first one is legal if not being use to evade (avoidance is legal) taxes or commit other crimes. Do not commit ID theft and keep making "people". Making companies gets you paid, the other imprisoned. It is best to dump them all and go crypt, but it is much better to pay than get punished when being forced through fiat regs. (my info is US based, your country may still punish you or not even care).
